Delivery and Installation Specialist
Reports To:
Store Manager

Summary:
Responsible for the delivery, set up, service, and retrieval of products to and from customer's homes by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Loads products into delivery truck properly and securely by using straps and pads to avoid damage during transit.* Investigates delivery location to ensure the product will be in a safe environment and the product is delivered to the proper person.* Explains the rental agreement to the customer in some cases.* Explains and demonstrates the various features and benefits of the product before leaving the home.* Retrieves products from the homes of customers who choose not to renew the rental agreement.* Repairs, cleans, and moves products from the stockroom to the sales floor for display.* Documents and receives customers payment successfully in the field and store.* Protects the company image by safely and courteously operating the company vehicles.* Performs preventative and routine maintenance on delivery vehicles.* Helps maintain the backroom in a safe, clean, and organized condition.* Uses equipment to transport product in a safe and damage free manner.* Maintains complete knowledge of the castle plan, rental agreement, and other benefit plans.* Responsible for products being complete in all pieces, parts, accessories, and manuals during delivery and pickup.* Performs other related duties as assigned.
