Non-Exempt Summary:
Responsible for the delivery, set up, service, and retrieval of products to and from customers' homes. Duties and Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned. Loads products into delivery truck properly and securely using straps and pads. Investigates delivery location to ensure safety and proper delivery. Explains rental agreements to customers when necessary. Demonstrates product features and benefits to customers. Retrieves products from customers' homes when rental agreements are not renewed. Repairs, cleans, and moves products within the stockroom and sales floor. Documents transactions and receives payments in the field and store. Operates company vehicles safely and courteously to protect company image. Performs routine maintenance on delivery vehicles. Maintains a safe, clean, and organized backroom. Uses equipment to transport products safely and without damage. Maintains knowledge of company plans, rental agreements, and benefit plans. Ensures products are complete with all pieces, parts, and manuals during delivery and pickup. Performs other related duties as assigned. Seniority Level
