ProSync is seeking a passionate Security Specialist to help ensure security and intelligence compliance with policies and regulations, drawing on some of the nation's leading personnel and cybersecurity thought leaders for enhancing, accelerating, and assuring the United States Navy's ability to counter existing and emerging security threats.
This position offers a salary in the range of $83k-92k based on numerous factors, including location, degree, and overall experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This position supports the Sensitive Compartment Information Facility and includes: Demonstrated experience in Physical Security (PHYSEC) and Information Security (INFOSEC) within the Department of Defense (DoD) or the Intelligence Community (IC), with a strong understanding of safeguarding personnel, facilities, and sensitive information in a regulated environment. Proficiency in managing alarm and access control systems to prevent unauthorized access and respond to security breaches. Experience in overseeing and mentoring junior security personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring adherence to security protocols. Two (2) years of experience in PHYSEC and INFOSEC within the DoD or IC. If a candidate does not meet both education and experience requirements, eight (8) years of related security experience may be considered equivalent. At least two (2) years should demonstrate experience in PHYSEC and INFOSEC within the DoD or IC. A minimum Secret security clearance or higher, with the ability to obtain Top Secret w/ SCI, is required. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
