ProSync is seeking a Security Specialist I to help ensure security and intelligence compliance with policies and regulations, drawing on the nation's leading personnel and cybersecurity thought leaders for enhancing, accelerating, and assuring the United States Navy's ability to counter existing and emerging security threats. Base pay range $83,000.00/yr - $92,000.00/yr Note:

This position offers a salary in the range of $83k-92k based on numerous factors, including location, degree and overall experience. Responsibilities

Support the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) environment as part of security operations. Demonstrated experience in Physical Security (PHYSEC) and Information Security (INFOSEC) within the DoD or IC, with a strong understanding of safeguarding personnel, facilities, and sensitive information in a highly regulated environment. Proficiency in managing and implementing alarm and access control systems to prevent unauthorized access and respond to security breaches. Oversee and mentor junior security personnel, providing guidance to support professional development and ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures. Requirements

Two (2) years of experience in Physical Security (PHYSEC) and Information Security (INFOSEC) in the DoD or IC. If a candidate does not meet both the desired education and experience qualifications, eight (8) years of professional technical security activities may be considered equivalent. Two (2) of these six (6) years should demonstrate experience in PHYSEC and INFOSEC in the DoD or IC. A minimum Secret security clearance or higher with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI is required to be considered for this position. Educational Requirements
