Our client, a leading manufacturer of wet and dry chemical products, is seeking a skilled Order Entry Specialist to join their growing team. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
? Pay: $17.50 - $20.00/hour (based on experience)
? Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Key Responsibilities
Accurately process and enter 20+ daily customer orders into the company's SAP ERP system. Utilize SPS Commerce to manage EDI orders and ensure seamless order flow. Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication. Verify order details, resolve discrepancies, and provide updates on order status, inventory, shipping, and billing. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing. Support front-desk receptionist duties, including processing invoicing paperwork as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of all customer transactions and communications. Requirements
Minimum 3 years of order entry, customer service, or administrative experience. Proficiency in SAP Systems and SPS Commerce is required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Prior in-office customer service experience. High attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
