Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

In this role, you’ll play a central part in delivering critical technology initiatives that drive the company’s customer-facing digital strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure multiple software systems integrate seamlessly, scale effectively, and provide outstanding user experiences. You’ll contribute across the full lifecycle of software projects, collaborate with top-tier vendors and technology providers, and work closely with stakeholders across all business levels. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, thrives with minimal supervision, and enjoys building impactful, real-world technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for a variety of software improvement projects, helping define scope, assess trade-offs, and guide early-stage solution planning.
• Develop a deep, end-to-end understanding of API workflows, integrations, and data exchanges across digital channels including websites, mobile applications, marketing automation systems, and AI-powered tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology implementations with broader strategic goals.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, identify gaps, and present options with associated risks.
• Contribute to all stages of system enhancement projects, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and high-performing.
• Partner with IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to design resilient, secure architectures.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues under tight timeframes, leading real-time problem-solving efforts and post-incident analysis.
• Conduct technical evaluations to recommend system improvements and future enhancements.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team understanding of system architecture and capabilities.
• Research emerging security standards, software innovations, and industry best practices to guide decision-making.
• Generate creative, practical technical solutions for undefined or ambiguous challenges.
• Anticipate project obstacles early and propose proactive strategies to reduce risk.
• Promote and apply recognized security best practices, including those outlined in the OWASP Top 10.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including support guides, data flow diagrams, architecture diagrams, change logs, and system references.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in a systems analyst or programmer analyst capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in systems integration with experience in: SQL based databases (DB2, SQL Server), NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB preferred), Data warehousing and analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake), Cloud environments, particularly AWS, as well as on-premise systems
• Solid understanding of web applications, API consumption, ETL processes, and data replication.
• Familiarity with OLAP vs. OLTP architectures and their respective trade-offs.
