Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Business Development located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Head of Business Development will oversee the creation and execution of strategic initiatives to drive growth and achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential partners and investors, developing new business models, and ensuring the effective implementation of business strategies. The role also involves leading the business development team, coordinating with other departments, and mentoring startup founders on growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, strategic planning, and market analysis
• Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data-driven decision making
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in the tech industry and familiarity with startup ecosystems is a plus
