Vice President of Capital Markets

As Vice President of Capital Markets, you’ll lead fundraising efforts, manage investor relationships, and structure equity for acquisitions — all while working alongside senior leadership to drive the company forward. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead capital markets strategy, fundraising, and equity structuring
  • Build and expand relationships with brokers, institutions, RIAs, and high-net-worth investors
  • Manage capital stacks for acquisitions and provide market insights to guide decisions
  • Oversee investor communications, ensuring clarity and transparency at every stage
  • Present performance, acquisition, and capital updates to stakeholders and leadership

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7–10 years of experience in real estate finance, capital markets, and acquisitions (multifamily/commercial preferred)
  • Proven success in raising capital across funds and individual investments
  • Strong knowledge of real estate finance and capital structuring
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term needs and long-term growth
