to partner with our client's delivery teams, driving high-performing scrum teams and facilitating the efficient delivery of critical business solutions. Work model:
Hybrid What you will do: Guide and facilitate Agile events, including daily stand-ups, cross-team syncs, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring efficient utilization and engagement Enable teams to adhere to Scrum theory, practices, and organizational standards; support Product Owners in backlog management Foster a culture of open participation, encouraging diverse perspectives and honest coaching conversations; investigate and resolve root causes of impediments, not just the symptoms Drive teams toward high performance under the leadership of the leadership team through coaching and development Track relevant team metrics and promote visibility of team progress and performance to stakeholders Participate in and promote the ongoing advancement of Agile practices throughout the organization Manage work intake of technology reviews, administrative routing, and communication of results Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, vendors, and other stakeholders to escalate team impediments and coordinate resource activities Maintain clear internal and external communications to support transparency, alignment, and effective delivery Exemplify agile values and coach teams in self-organization, cross-functional skillsets, and domain knowledge Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational growth and Agile transformation What you will need to be successful: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field (preferred) Minimum 2-4 years' experience as a Scrum Master Scrum Master certification is highly desirable (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) Demonstrable experience leading Agile teams and facilitating Scrum events Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and organizational transformation Benefits overview:
