Job Summary:
We are seeking a Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality product releases.
This role is responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring collaboration and transparency across teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile methodologies, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile rituals including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Drive continuous improvement and team performance across technical and non-technical teams. Mentor and coach teams, including Product Owners, in Agile practices and mindset. Remove internal and organizational impediments to team progress. Support product owners in backlog refinement and decision-making. Ensure effective communication within and across teams. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Maintain transparency through progress tools and reporting. Align release management practices with enterprise standards. Organize and maintain MS Teams channels and SharePoint sites. Provide general program and project management support. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile environments. Strong understanding of project management fundamentals. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Scrum Master. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline. Experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Gherkin. Experience in technical or customer support environments. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (preferred).
