What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Provide technical support and advice to customers, dealers, and sales personnel regarding product-related inquiries and issues - Act as a liaison between sales teams and technical staff - Implement the Hugo RAS Instruments and Accessories reprocessing program in hospitals - Ensure Sterilization Processing Departments (SPDs) are prepared for Hugo installations and deliver sterile instruments as needed - Train SPDs on reprocessing requirements and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications): - High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant work experience, or - Associate's Degree with 4+ years of experience, or - Baccalaureate/College Degree with 2+ years of experience - Minimum of 3 years of continuous CBSPD/HSPA Certification or equivalent with 4 years of reprocessing experience - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work early morning or late afternoon shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in acute care facilities reprocessing complex reusable medical devices - Familiarity with reprocessing and decontamination equipment such as washer disinfectors and steam sterilizers - Understanding of reprocessing workflows and collaboration with hospital departments and vendors - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in medical device reprocessing
