Enterprise Architect

to partner with our customers in shaping their technology strategy and modernizing their business applications. This is a

customer-facing role

where you will combine deep technical expertise in

cloud architectures and back-end enterprise applications

with the ability to present at the executive level. You will work directly with customers to understand their business objectives, design future-state architectures, and guide them on how to integrate and modernize systems in the cloud. This role requires both

hands-on technical credibility

and the ability to

influence and inspire executives

through storytelling and thought leadership. Youll collaborate closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Product, and Product Marketing teams to: Lead pre-sales technical design, analyzing customer needs and recommending solutions. Document customers present state and transition to future state. Shape best practices around Generative AI, interoperability, prompt engineering, and integrations. Build and deliver hands-on demos, prototypes, and enablement content. Act as a central technical resource, supporting internal teams and documenting best practices. Engage with enterprise customers to understand their business challenges, IT landscapes, and digital transformation goals. Design

future-state architectures

that leverage cloud platforms, back-end applications, and integrations across ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. Serve as a

trusted advisor

to customer executives, bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution. Deliver compelling presentations, architectural reviews, and executive workshops that clearly articulate vision and value. Provide architectural guidance on cloud adoption, modernization, scalability, security, and best practices. Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to influence strategy and drive customer success. Document and communicate architecture patterns, standards, and best practices both internally and externally.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud, or back-end applications. Strong background with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise integration patterns. Expertise in enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, core transactional apps) and familiarity with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce. Hands-on experience with AI/ML (predictive and generative), including LLMs, A2A, and MCP, with the ability to communicate business value effectively. Strong presentation, storytelling, and executive engagement skills; able to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for both technical and business stakeholders. Customer-facing consulting or presales experience, with proven ability to influence decision-making. Broad understanding of security, governance, scalability, and compliance in enterprise architectures. Passion for continuous learning, exploring new AI frameworks, and experimenting with emerging technologies. Important: This is

a software development role; the focus is on architecture, solutioning, and customer engagement. Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work.
