Senior Tax Manager
to help us scale efficiently, strategically, and compliantly. Position Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on and strategic Senior Tax Manager to lead our income tax provision process, support complex and high-impact ad-hoc projects, and help drive automation and process improvements across the tax function. This is a fully remote position with high visibility across the organization and regular interaction with leadership, finance, and external advisors. Key Responsibilities: Lead the quarterly and annual income tax provision (ASC 740) process, including calculations, documentation, and internal reporting Manage external audit requirements and ensure SOX-compliant controls over tax provision processes Partner cross-functionally to support business-driven tax projects, including M&A, entity structuring, transfer pricing, and state nexus reviews Own the implementation of tax automation tools and process improvements, partnering with Finance Systems and IT to streamline data flows and reduce manual work Analyze and interpret new tax legislation and accounting guidance, assessing its impact on the business Assist with federal and state compliance review, working closely with outsourced providers Provide mentorship to junior team members and assist in the development of scalable internal documentation and workflows Qualifications: CPA and MST or equivalent advanced degree preferred Minimum of 6 years; Max of 10 years of progressive experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax, with a strong focus on
ASC 740 Proven experience managing a global or multi-entity tax provision in-house or as a client advisor Strong analytical, project management, and Excel/data skills; Alteryx, Power BI, or other automation tools a plus Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills ALL APPLICANTS MUST CURRENTLY LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES Why Join Us?
