As a Tax Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing the U.S. income tax provision and compliance process, supporting global tax operations, and driving process improvements. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and external auditors, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to strategic tax planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual U.S. income tax provisions under ASC 740 Manage federal and state income tax compliance, including return-to-provision adjustments Support international tax compliance including GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and foreign tax credit calculations Respond to IRS and state audit inquiries and support SOX internal controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess tax impacts of business changes Drive process improvements and automation using tools like OneSource, Alteryx, and Power Query Mentor and guide junior tax staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence What We’re Looking For
CPA or equivalent certification preferred 6+ years of corporate tax experience, ideally with a mix of public accounting and in-house roles Strong ASC 740 and U.S. federal/state compliance experience Experience with OneSource Tax Provision and Corporate Income Tax software Exposure to international tax concepts and reporting (Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, etc.) Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members Interested or know someone who might be?
