Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping others navigate the healthcare system? Join our 5-Star CMS-rated team as a Medicaid Coordinator , where you’ll play a key role in supporting residents and their families through the Medicaid application and recertification process. What You’ll Do:

Guide residents and families through the Medicaid application process with compassion and professionalism

Review, verify, and submit all required documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Monitor recertifications and maintain accurate records to ensure ongoing eligibility

Collaborate with admissions, finance, and social work teams to support smooth transitions of care

Communicate with county/state agencies to resolve issues and meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in Medicaid, billing, finance, or healthcare administration preferred

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Compassionate, customer-focused approach when working with residents and families

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with electronic health record systems
