As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, working closely with our chefs to prepare mouthwatering meals that delight our customers. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of foods including appetizers, main courses, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards. Set up the cooking station with all necessary supplies and equipment in a timely manner. Ensure that all food is prepared and served following health and safety regulations. Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including utensils, appliances, and work areas. Help in stocking and maintaining the inventory of food supplies and kitchen equipment. Assist with the training of new kitchen staff as needed to promote teamwork and efficiency. Requirements
Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role in a busy kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Excellent communication skills and a cooperative team player attitude. A passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field. Knowledge of health and safety standards in food preparation and handling. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
