Description
Restaurant Partners, Inc is an established multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant group located in Orlando, FL. We are searching for an experienced, skilled Controller who will be responsible for the financial operations and accounting team. Experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry is a plus, but not required. A solid track record in managing corporate accounting and financial reporting, and knowledge of Sage and Compeat are a plus. Our ideal Controller will be adept at leading others, who will teach, mentor, and develop the team to succeed. The role of the Controller includes but is not limited to: monthly financial statements, cash management, accounts receivable/payable, budgeting, audit support, quarterly analysis/reporting, and monthly reconciliations.
Corporate Restaurant Controller Responsibilities:
Manage the daily finances and accounting of all company-owned and managed locations Assist in driving overall company profitability Great at developing people and helping them achieve their goals Manage general ledger payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable Organized and strategic, strong communicator, and team player Operational, Point of Sale, and Financial support Monthly production of financial statements Requirements
Corporate Restaurant Controller Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Corporate Controller within the restaurant/hospitality industry preferred This is a "hands-on" role. You must be actively involved while managing a small team Ability to lead an accounting department and work well with others Strong focus on managing financial operations and financial statement accuracy Hands-on controller experience is a must with a solid work ethic Cash management experience is necessary Accounting degree preferred Corporate Restaurant Controller Benefits:
