Press Brake Setup Operator - 1st or 2nd Shift

Position Overview
We're hiring a skilled Press Brake Setup Operator to join our team in a precision-focused fabrication shop. You'll be responsible for setting up and operating various press brakes, including Cincinnati models, working with sheet metal ranging from 20 gauge to 3/8". This role offers a mix of long and short run jobs and requires a strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate press brake machines, including Cincinnati models
Interpret blueprints and apply GD&T practices for accurate fabrication
Handle both long-run and short-run jobs daily
Maintain tolerances within +/-1 degree
Assist with preventative maintenance of fabrication equipment
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years of experience in press brake setup
Proficiency in GD&T and blueprint reading
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attendance record and solid references
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in precision sheet metal fabrication
Familiarity with car-type mechanical systems
