Insurance Transactional + Regulatory Practice Group
in
Chicago
or
New York . This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney with experience in fund formation, investment management, or broker-dealer regulation to join a team that advises top-tier clients in one of the most complex and rapidly evolving sectors of the financial services industry.
Candidate Profile
JD
from a
top-tier law school
with a
strong academic record . Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in
good standing , or eligibility to waive in. 4-7 years
of substantive experience in
fund formation ,
investment management , and/or
broker-dealer regulatory matters . Familiarity with
insurance regulations ,
compliance requirements , and
corporate transactional work
is
highly preferred . Experience advising
insurance companies ,
financial institutions , or other
regulated entities
is a strong
plus . Soft Skills: Exceptional writing, analytical, negotiation, communication, and oral advocacy skills are a must. Key Responsibilities
Advise
insurance companies ,
reinsurers ,
brokers , and other
financial institutions
on
regulatory compliance ,
corporate structuring , and
strategic transactions . Support and manage complex transactions including
mergers ,
acquisitions ,
reorganizations , and
market entry initiatives . Analyze and interpret regulatory frameworks
applicable to the insurance and financial services sectors. Work cross-functionally with attorneys in related practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions. Engage directly with clients and regulators to provide sophisticated, business-focused counsel. Why Join Us?

Compensation & Benefits
Highly Competitive Salary:
$275,000 - $350,000 , commensurate with experience. Robust Benefits Package:
