Full-Time | Experienced A well-respected AmLaw 200 firm with a strong national platform is seeking a talented Corporate Transactional Attorney to join its Florida offices. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated corporate and financial matters for a diverse client base, ranging from emerging companies to established enterprises. Position Overview The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience handling complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, fund formation, and financing transactions. Candidates should have the ability to manage multiple matters, collaborate with clients, and deliver practical, business-focused legal advice. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in M&A transactions, fund formation, finance, and securities matters. Draft and negotiate corporate documents, including purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and financing instruments. Advise on corporate governance, securities compliance, and regulatory matters. Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to address multi-disciplinary client needs. Provide high-level service to clients across a wide range of industries. Qualifications
3+ years of corporate transactional experience in M&A, securities, finance, and/or fund formation. Experience at an AmLaw 200 firm strongly preferred. Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility to become admitted) required. Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting ability, and superior communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex transactions and client relationships. Salary range: $240,000 – $315,000, commensurate with experience.
