24-hour call shifts from 7am to 7am Low census with 2 - 3 inpatients Level I nursery -- approximately 400 deliveries annually Attend high risk deliveries and C-sections Rounding required while on call Inpatient pediatric coverage at community hospital NRP and PALS certification required Complex cases transferred to higher level facilities We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage We simplify the credentialing and privileging process Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
