Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning efforts. This is a critical role reporting directly to the CFO, offering high visibility and impact within the company.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the company's budgeting and forecasting processes across all departments Drive strategic financial planning and scenario modeling to support executive decision-making Deliver actionable insights through financial analysis and KPIs Partner with business leaders to develop and monitor financial goals and initiatives Develop and maintain long-term financial models to support business strategy and investment decisions Present financial performance and projections to senior leadership and stakeholders Requirements:
Proven experience in FP&A, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance Exceptional analytical and communication skills Ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organization Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus) Must be able to work on-site in
