Director of Financial Planning and Analysis Reporting to the CFO, the
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
will lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis functions. This role will be a key business partner to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and profitable growth. The Director of FP&A will support a multi-brand platform. Accountabilities
Lead the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts. Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide transparency into performance and key business drivers. Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Analyze the impact of business strategies and initiatives, customer profitability and segmentation and channel and brand profitability as they relate to business strategy and company goals. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages to executive leadership and the Board of Directors. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Conduct scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ROI evaluations to support strategic initiatives and capital investments. Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering professional development and accountability. Serve as a thought partner to CFO and executive team on financial strategy and operational performance. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. CPA or MBA preferred 10+ years of progressive planning and financial analysis experience in a consumer products brand 5+ years of leadership experience Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization Location
This position is based in Bozeman, Montana and a flex work position: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in-office and Monday, Friday remote. Seniority level
