Seeking an experienced customer service associate to manage all aspects of orders processing and fulfillment, ensure a timely response to internal/external customer requests to achieve customer satisfaction goals. Candidates are required to have good computer experience with MS Excel for data analysis (this includes knowledge of formulas, pivots and v-lookups).
General Duties:
Assist in the daily aspects of order processing, fulfillment, and customer service. Provide quick and accurate responses to interoffice emails and emails from customers. Assist in generating reports. Work with different departments, like receiving, depot, planner and shipping to fulfill the customers requests on timely manner. Provide estimate delivery time if the request cant be made on time Assist to verify OSD & exception handling cases to feedback to customer. Other duties as assigned. Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels. Help keep the warehouse always organized and clean (may lift and move trays up to 20 lbs.) Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company culture and fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates. Qualifications - Education and/or Experience
High school graduate or equivalent. At least one year of general office with one to two years of customer service experience. Intermediate computer experience with Excel is required for data analysis (this includes knowledge of formulas, pivots and v-lookups). Work well with a team and exhibit effective communication skills essential to providing instructions and suggestions about order processing flows to all associates including management. Pays close attention to detail to identify order discrepancies and resolve issues with variances. Possesses clear knowledge of computer ordering systems and has ability to navigate and troubleshoot computer systems as necessary. Needs to be hands-on with ambition and drive to succeed - Makes things happen. Goal oriented and must be accustomed to achieving results through teamwork. Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus. Shows determination to achieve excellent results, finding better ways, demands top performance, inspires commitment and is proactive
