Job Summary : We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who will run the daily functions of the HR department including accurately administering pay and benefits while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly payroll timely and accurately

On-boarding and off-boarding of employees

Benefits administration

Provide staffing support, including payroll and benefit related questions

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and resolve payroll tax notices

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

Policy implementation, including review / update of current policies and development of others as needed

Implement system enhancements and process improvements

File year-end tax forms and support various annual regulatory audits

Qualifications

Prior experience in human resources or payroll

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills and eagerness to improve

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
