Job Description
The Project Engineer will be responsible for:
Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities and resources. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate project execution. Review project drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance with design intent. Prepare, track, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and change orders. Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, meeting minutes, and progress reports. Monitor project progress, costs, and schedules, and report any deviations to the Project Manager. Assist with procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Support quality control efforts and help resolve on-site technical issues. Participate in site inspections, progress meetings, and safety walks. The Successful Applicant
The ideal Project Engineer will have:
2+years years of Lead Superintendent experience (running own projects) Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related preferred (or relevant experience) Project experience in corporate, academic, retail, industrial or related Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment Ability to mulitask Strong communication and interpersonal skill What's on Offer
