Clean Harbors is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for Field Service SOP. In this position you will be responsible for working with Invoice Audits, Health & Safety, and Field Operations to develop Field Services Standard Operating Procedures ensuring safety of personnel and all necessary items are captured when invoicing projects. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for executing all Field Services job types.

Reviews SOP's continually to make sure correct health & safety items and instructions are detailed in each SOP
Collaborates directly with Invoice Audit team to identify invoicing leakage that can be eliminated by improving SOP accuracy
Responsible for maximizing SOP utilization at worksheet and quote level
Reports SOP KPI to key leaders monthly
Analyzes customer contracts to build specific SOP's that enforce invoicing all items contractually billable
Works with sales and operations to build new SOP's for onboarding customers and company acquisitions
Acts as main point of contact for all SOP questions and creation requests
Develops and performs user training regarding best practices when using SOP's
Enhances system SOP functionality by working with IT to improve user experience
Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acts in a safe manner
Meets or exceeds established revenue goals and assist business units with profitability objectives
Other Duties as Assigned
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Bachelor's Degree Environmental Science/Business Management/Related
5+ years' experience in Field Services
Strong knowledge of equipment, personnel, environmental regulations/statutes, safety and compliance required to execute Field Service Work
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
Customer Service orientated
Knowledge of hazardous waste
Proficient in Windows based activities
Cost estimating and computer experience
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Preferred Emergency Response experience / Task Force / EPA / FEMA collaboration. Federal Government experience / County Government experience
Up to 25% travel requirements
