TRM Labs is a blockchain intelligence company committed to fighting crime and creating a safer world. By leveraging blockchain data, threat intelligence, and advanced analytics, our products empower governments, financial institutions, and crypto businesses to combat illicit activity and global security threats. At TRM, you'll join a mission-driven, fast-paced team made up of experts in law enforcement, data science, engineering, and financial intelligence, tackling complex global challenges daily. Whether analyzing blockchain data, developing cutting-edge tools, or collaborating with global organizations, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact. The Marketing team at TRM Labs is looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to scale pipeline impact for the revenue team through marketing infrastructure, automation, and reporting.

You’ll own our Marketing Operations strategy and execution end-to-end — from MarTech architecture and attribution modeling to lead routing and reporting — serving as the backbone of a high-performance marketing engine. This is a strategic, hands-on role that’s instrumental to helping TRM scale. The impact you will have: End-to-End Reporting Across Marketing Functions

– Build and manage comprehensive reporting for content, PMM, regional marketing, and demand generation. Translate reporting into actionable insights. Full Ownership of Marketing Infrastructure & Tooling

– Manage and optimize our marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, HockeyStack, Apollo, Clay, Splash, LeanData, and Osano. You’ll build and maintain scalable processes for things like campaign execution, lead scoring and routing, UTM tracking, and attribution. Hands-On Execution with Strategic Impact

– As an initial IC (with agency support), you’ll blend systems-level thinking with roll-up-your-sleeves execution. Evaluate and implement new tooling, scope strategic experiments, and identify operational gaps — while building documentation and knowledge bases to onboard future teammates. Support strategic initiatives such as pipeline predictability models, funnel diagnostics, and ROI analysis. Cross-Functional Partnership & Resource Management

– Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Finance to align goals, surface insights, and evolve GTM infrastructure. Manage agency partners and define hiring needs to scale the Marketing Ops function. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, with significant time in fast-paced SaaS environments Deep expertise with marketing systems — especially HubSpot (admin-level proficiency), Salesforce, and ideally HockeyStack and LeanData A strategic thinker who thrives on synthesizing data, systems, and process into scalable solutions — and a hands-on executor Experience building and managing end-to-end reporting ecosystems that span the full marketing funnel, from awareness to opportunity Familiarity with lead lifecycle design, campaign attribution, and ROI analysis Excellent project management skills and comfort working cross-functionally across technical and non-technical stakeholders Self-starter attitude with high agency, ownership mindset, and eagerness to operate independently in an IC role while preparing to scale a team About the Team: A 16-person global marketing team across Demand Gen, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, and Brand that includes high-performing senior ICs and emerging leaders Strong async culture with collaborative rituals — including weekly sprint planning, shared dashboards, retrospectives, and performance reviews Culture strengths: analytical curiosity, clear communication, self-accountability, and high agency Core collaboration hours: 8am–12pm PST No on-call or weekend requirements Campaigns, insights, and ops work are tracked against shared sprints and team KPIs Learn about TRM Speed in this position: You deploy a new lead scoring model with HubSpot and LeanData, gain sales alignment, and improve routing efficiency — all in your first month You spot inconsistencies in campaign UTM tracking, implement a standardized taxonomy, and publish a governance guide within 10 days You roll out a HockeyStack attribution model MVP in 3 weeks and present performance insights to GTM leadership in week 5 You identify funnel leakage in MQL-to-SQL conversion mid-quarter, trace root cause in 72 hours, and drive a fix with cross-functional partners Life at TRM Labs
