Job Description We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to design the structure of our ITSM systems and oversee programs to ensure the proper architecture is implemented. The Technical Architect - ServiceNow will contribute to a team of specialists working to assist our clients' customers in understanding their ServiceNow environments. The role involves joining the IT & Software Asset Management (ITAM) Team to focus on the implementation, configuration, and management of customers' ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be an expert in ServiceNow with proven methodologies and best practices for implementation and support of the platform and its modules. Responsibilities Implement ServiceNow Platform, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and ITAM modules. Support process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during workshops with stakeholders. Guide customers to maximize their investment in ServiceNow, including process improvements. Lead technical and solution delivery aspects of projects. Provide technical leadership and best practices for ongoing support. Configure and develop modules to meet customer requirements. Ensure configurations meet overall requirements, including drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies. Train and oversee system administrators during the engagement. Support and consult on ServiceNow implementations and BAU operations. Improve processes and services related to ServiceNow usage. Ensure data accuracy and quality standards within ServiceNow. Identify and advise on potential problem areas in the environment. Stay updated on industry trends and new ServiceNow features. Engage with customers during kick-off and discovery calls to identify requirements and system topography. Support sales and pre-sales activities as needed. Ensure timely completion of work within KPIs and manage project timelines and expectations. Mentor team members and regional sales teams on ServiceNow topics. Represent SHI at conferences and events. Contribute to business objectives and key initiatives for ITAM. Maintain industry-leading knowledge and certifications related to ServiceNow and ITAM lifecycle management.
