Operator Sanel Thomas won Champions Club and Symbol of Success twice as a Mall Operator before being selected to Own and Operate Chick-fil-A Stockyards Sanel also has a strong connection to Chick-fil-A LDP and is looking for high-level leaders that he can grow into the Leadership Development program to launch a leader into the Owner/Operator or Corporate Leadership Position. Overseeing all in-restaurant closing shift Back-of-House operations Assisting Management in coaching a team of 10+ Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety Communicating goals, expectations, and results with team members on a daily basis Background Profile
A passionate and strong understanding of Chick-fil-A's values and mission Excel at working under high stress situations Exceptional organizational skills to manage an operation with many moving parts Bilingual (preferred) Available to work a minimum of 40 hours/week and close at least 3 days/week
