We are currently seeking a skilled

Maintenance Technician

for a manufacturing facility in Danville, AR. This position is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and a dedication to safety, productivity, and quality. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and systems throughout the facility.

The ideal Maintenance Technician will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and be well-versed in general mechanical repairs, with knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics considered a plus. This individual will support production by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting machinery, and responding promptly to equipment failures.

Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of machines and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Adhere to safety standards and ensure safe operation of all equipment. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions. Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of five years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment operation. Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics is preferred. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing software. Key Competencies:
