Minnetonka, MN | Hybrid Conversion Salary:
$95,000-$125,000
What you will do as a Finance Analyst:
Support the financial oversight, governance, and performance tracking of strategic transformation initiatives Assist in the development of financial reports and dashboards to monitor investment performance, budget utilization, and project financial health Build and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making Track financial investments across projects to ensure alignment with budget guidelines and governance standards Contribute to the development and evaluation of business cases through financial research, benchmarking, and presentation preparation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights, and support clear financial communication across departments Identify process improvement opportunities related to financial tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation
What you will bring to the Finance Analyst role:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field At least 7 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning, consulting, or investment tracking Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data for actionable insights Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems; experience with Tableau or Power BI preferred Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
