Position Overview: We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Sedalia, MO manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll ensure our printing and processing equipment is running smoothly by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs. You'll also assist with general plant maintenance, building upkeep, and light forklift repair.
What You'll Do: Perform safe and efficient maintenance on industrial equipment, including electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Conduct preventive maintenance on plant machinery and forklifts. Fabricate parts using mill, lathe, welding, and grinding equipment. Assist with facility improvements (painting, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc.). Partner with operators and team members to address and resolve equipment issues. Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment. Qualifications
Requirements:
General knowledge of industrial process equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems. Advanced electrical knowledge preferred; pneumatic and hydraulic skills a plus. Ability to operate forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift. Basic welding and fabrication skills; machine shop experience is a plus. Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
