The Sheetmetal Apprentice will fabricate, assemble, install and repair sheet metal products and equipment, such as ductwork, plenums, air devices, louvers and air moving equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in measuring, cutting, and shaping sheet metal materials using hand tools, power tools, and machines. Supported the assembly and installation of ductwork and other metal components. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Work sites include commercial buildings from start to finish, as well as existing structures where we go in and make repairs or improvements Learn proper safety practices and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Transport materials and tools to job sites as needed. Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment. Follow instructions from journeymen and supervisors to ensure quality and accuracy. Participate in classroom instruction or related training programs as required. Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (preferred). Strong interest in skilled trades and construction work. Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment. Basic math and measurement skills. Willingness to learn and take part in a formal apprenticeship program. Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various environments and weather conditions. Reliable transportation and punctuality. Working Conditions:

Work is performed indoors and outdoors at construction sites and clean room settings. May involve working at heights, in tight spaces, or variable weather. Enjoys a fast-paced environment and can meet deadlines Must be able to lift to 50 pounds regularly. Benefits:
