Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across legal and operations teams Source, screen, and engage candidates at all levels, from entry-level to executive Coordinate interviews and deliver a seamless candidate experience Partner with hiring managers on intake calls and provide consultative guidance Manage 20+ requisitions at a time while maintaining quality Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements:
4+ years of recruiting experience, agency or corporate for professional services roles Ability to pivot between high-volume and niche searches Strong organizational skills and the ability to run with limited training Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus Additional Details:
