Position Summary
We are a fast-paced, growing metal fabrication company seeking a skilled Welder & Custom Fabricator to join our team. This role involves working with various metals and performing precise welding and fabrication tasks to create custom products and components. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret technical drawings, and specifications.
Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Accurately measure and assemble metal components using shop tools and equipment.
Inspect and verify quality of work to meet project and safety standards.
Collaborate with other team members to solve fabrication challenges and improve processes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in welding and custom fabrication.
Strong understanding of different welding techniques.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and stand for long periods.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
