Sr. Customer Service Associate

Come join our team this Season! We are looking for individuals to provide outstanding customer service, prepare large business orders for our Data Entry team, provide order confirmations and create invoices, and answer incoming business phone lines to generate new business leads, enter phone orders and make modifications/adjustments to existing orders. Other responsibilities will include customer call backs, responding to customer emails, generating tracking reports and other duties as needed. The ability to multi-task and comfortably navigate a variety of computer programs on multiple screens with a high degree of professionalism is required. Two weeks of paid training prior to working with customers. Please note this is a sales support role you will not be doing outbound sales.
Customer service experience required Applicant must successfully pass classroom training and meet all performance expectations. Exceptional Customer Service Knowledge of computer based-systems, Internet, and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) required. Good verbal and written skills required. Meet and/or exceed assigned productivity goals on a regular basis Track all activity, contacts made on accounts, and updates in Salesforce.com and OMS where/when applicable. Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. A flexible, positive "can do" attitude and a love for the service arena are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required in order to interact professionally with business customers and co-workers. Strong organizational skills are required to meet changing business requirements and to effectively perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A demonstrated ability to work and contribute effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere is essential. Prior Corporate Sales, HD Call Center and/or Customer Service experience preferred. Must be able to handle a high volume of calls and have great telephone skills. Must be able to work 40 hours per week with the probability of overtime during the peak holiday season and be flexible to work evenings and weekends. Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
