$45.00-$55.00 per hour
What you'll do as the Senior Brand Associate:
Drive Holistic Margin Management (HMM) initiatives, delivering near-term savings goals while building a forward-looking strategy and pipeline Partner with R&D, Sourcing, FSQ, and Supply Chain to identify and implement new opportunities across product lines Lead projects from ideation through implementation, developing timelines and ensuring executional excellence Provide clear reporting on HMM progress, sharing updates through monthly calls and other forums Support broader team priorities as business needs evolve
What you'll bring to the Senior Brand Associate role:
Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Finance preferred) 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with proactive leadership and agility Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once Clear communication skills to effectively share progress and outcomes with leadership Ability to build strong relationships, influence without formal authority, and apply consumer-first thinking Collaborative mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to learn on the job
