Business Development Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading business development strategy across multiple industry verticals, identifying and cultivating new opportunities, and driving growth and expansion.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities: Identify growth markets, research business requirements, and develop a comprehensive plan to expand market share Develop and implement a multi-faceted sales plan with direct outreach to prospective clients Build collaborative relationships with key decision-makers across target organizations Partner with marketing to design and execute targeted go-to-market strategies for different customer segments Support and participate in marketing campaigns, events, and outreach activities to build brand awareness and engage prospects Understand customer needs and challenges - both short- and long-term - and align solutions to address them effectively Work closely with peers and sales/marketing colleagues to move opportunities through all stages of the pipeline Develop and negotiate competitive pricing strategies Manage opportunities in CRM software to ensure accurate tracking and follow-through Collaborate with leadership on business development targets, goals, and strategies Build a strong sales pipeline sufficient to meet annual growth objectives Establish and maintain networking relationships with customers, industry organizations, and partners Deliver technical presentations and product training to a variety of audiences Stay current with industry trends by attending trade shows, learning sessions, and professional meetings Define sales potential, prepare budgets, track sales activities, and complete required administrative reporting Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and positive customer relationships Business Development Manager Position Requirements:

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Experience leading complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders Proficiency in time and travel management Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Experience with industry associations or professional groups preferred Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales; technical or project-based sales preferred #LI-Onsite
