This contract role supports a leading firm in the insurance industry, providing maternity leave coverage within a high-performing Wealth and Asset Management division. The successful candidate will assist a front-office investment team in the Public Markets Multi Asset Solutions group, handling complex administrative tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What is in it for you:

• Hourly rate of $30 to $35. • 5-month contract. • Full-time position: 40 hours per week. • Work Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm. • Hybrid work: in-office Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior leader. • Manage complex calendars and coordinate scheduling across internal and external stakeholders. • Book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation. • Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time. • Perform general office duties and basic bookkeeping. • Prepare agendas and organize logistics for internal and external meetings. • Assist with data entry and presentation updates.

What you will need to succeed:

• Post-secondary education preferred, or equivalent work experience. • 5–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Demonstrated project and time management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment. • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information. • Strong interpersonal skills with a high standard of customer service. • Ability to work independently and take initiative. • Personable and able to foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
