Suitable for students with basic foundational knowledge and little to no practical experience, ideal for freshmen or sophomores who have completed only introductory courses. Department Name:
Marketing Supports the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, events, social media, or content marketing. Independently coordinates marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral. Manages relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness. *KOREAN SPEAKERS ONLY* *MUST HAVE US DRIVER'S LICENSE* Key Responsibilities Manages the marketing department's initiatives, including planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs such as email, events, social media, or content marketing. Coordinates marketing and community events, overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral. Manages relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs and competitiveness. Acts as an excellent communicator and creative thinker. Possesses effective computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and various online portal interfaces. Is an excellent writer and communicator, especially in responding to internal and external partners. Self-motivated with strong self-management skills, capable of organizing and managing multiple priorities and driving ideas to grow the business. Fluent in writing, speaking, and reading English. Preferred Qualifications: Effective communication with all levels of management and multiple departments. Ability to understand and translate desires and concerns into meaningful tasks. Fluent in Korean language. Valid US Driver's License. Requirements Excellent communication and creative thinking skills. Effective computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and online portals. Strong writing and communication skills for responding to partners.
