Hybrid Executive Assistant-Private Equity-RE Team

The Windfall is partnering with a Private Equity firm that is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant. This role is based in their Chicago office on a Trial-to-Hire basis. You will join the established Workplace team, which is growing, and support the Real Estate team as well as the Office Manager. The position involves working in-office Monday-Thursday and WFH on Fridays, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and inboxes for senior leaders, including global coordination.
Organize and book domestic and international travel itineraries.
Handle expense reporting and budget tracking.
Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and agendas.
Support cross-functional communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate team events, offsites, and onboarding activities.
Manage administrative tools and systems to support team efficiency.
Assist the Chicago Office Manager with various duties as needed.
Requirements
3+ years of EA experience in finance, consultancy, or tech sectors.
Experience and interest in travel and logistics coordination (domestic and international).
Proficiency in heavy calendar management and working with databases.
Experience working in an international environment and communicating with executives.
Proficient in computer tools: Gmail, Google Calendar, Dropbox, Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
Team-oriented, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt.
Service-minded with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
Good commercial judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.

$110,000 Base Salary
Discretionary Bonus based on performance
