ProSidian Consulting is looking for a Project Manager to support engagement for the DOE Office of River Protection (ORP) at the DOE Site in eastern Washington state. ORP's mission is to protect the Columbia River by safely cleaning up radioactive and chemical waste contained in underground storage tanks located at the DOE Site. The Project Manager will provide Site Technical Support Services assistance including technical support services in environmental remediation, and related technical and administrative program management support expertise and assistance in carrying out responsibilities to plan, direct and oversee design, construction, environmental remediation, cleanup and operation of government facilities to support ORP at Hanford in the Eastern Washington (Tri-Cities - Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) Area. The Project Manager will support requirements for ORP Site Technical Support Services and serve as administrator and liaison between the contractor and Richland Operations Office/Office of River Protection for the purposes of this Call/Order and in support of several ORP projects and mission (Programs). The ideal Project Controls Manager will provide administrative support in a variety of routine processes and office support functions. As a Project Controls Manager, you should be able to independently perform multiple tasks with dynamic priorities and have knowledge of Hanford mission support activities and familiarity with the Hanford Site mission, activities, and priorities. Participate in weekly interface meetings with Task Monitors to review progress and/or discuss the potential alignment of efforts and priorities where required. Support quarterly HQ performance reviews, annual briefings, and Quarterly Contractor Reviews. Monthly Project Performance Reports, Ad Hoc requests from management, and HQ for Operations Activities information. Support analyses over the course of the period of performance, including consolidation of data, analysis of performance data, trending, variance analysis, etc. on a schedule determined to satisfy the needs of the customer/stakeholder. Provide cross-functional support in areas of budget formulation and planning, fiscal year execution, Integrated Priority List development, and the related briefing material or responses to Headquarters, Regulator, or other inquiries. Ability to be physically located at the Hanford Site. Ability to perform duties and administration under the BPA terms and conditions for this specific Call/Order. Specific ability to perform duties of human resource timekeeping, management of employees regarding invoice timely submissions, daily/weekly/monthly record keeping. Specific knowledge of DOE/ORP time and leave policies as pertaining to the General Services Contractor (GSSC) employees and qualifications. Specific experience in personnel management and related areas of personnel supervision. Proficiency and proven successful abilities to perform duties that shall include record-keeping and data input responsibilities. Ability to support directives of the DOE/ORP BPA Call/Order assigned Government Contracting Officer. Preferences are given for readily applicable expertise, however, consideration will be given to the ability to obtain and apply skills. Qualifications

The Project Manager - Hanford Site Technical Support shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years. Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Education - BS/BA degree in office management, with specialty in human resources and personnel management. Experience Ten (10) years of directly applicable successful experience and supported by past performance. U.S Citizenship. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined. Positions require appropriate technical competency in writing, editing, and analytical writing or similar skills. Support will also include classifying and summarizing information for needed and specific briefings and reports for preparation and submittal and coordinating and ensuring other organizations are kept apprised of current information. Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements. Travel is coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. LOCATION:
