We're seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting attorneys and helping clients navigate the legal system. This role is vital to our team and plays a key part in delivering exceptional service and case results for our clients.
Serve as the point of contact for clients once their case enters litigation Draft, organize, and manage legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Coordinate with opposing counsel, medical providers, insurance companies, and witnesses Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in legal case management software Schedule hearings, depositions, and meetings; ensure attorney calendars are aligned Prepare trial exhibits and pretrial documentation Track medical bills and final balances; request settlement checks and finalize disbursements File dismissals and assist in closing out litigation case Requirements
2+ years of litigation experience required (personal injury preferred) Paralegal Certification preferred, but not required Customer service experience preferred, especially in client-facing roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software Strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment
