Job Summary The Territory Manager is responsible for calling on new and existing assigned customers for purposes of sales growth, promotional activities, new product introduction, problem resolution, customer training, and developing the dealers business. This role is responsible for territory saturation and sales growth through excellence in customer service and the utilization of company sales tools and systems. This role calls on customers independently, with the sales manager, in person and via phone calls. Additionally, this role reports on market competition and other territory sales influences.

Duties & Responsibilities Manages sales and service activities while developing a comprehensive understanding of wholesalers, plumbing contractors, kitchen and bath dealers, architects, engineers, and builders. Implements merchandising, marketing, and promotional programs to deliver tailored solutions within the assigned territory. Provides exceptional customer service and maintains a consistent sales call schedule for all assigned accounts. Attends and actively participates in trade shows and industry events. Builds strong relationships with customers at all organizational levels, emphasizing trust and customer focus. Collaborates with Business Development Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and District Managers to support wholesale and multi-unit initiatives. Ensures continuous communication and timely follow-up with key accounts to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Supports the companys multi-unit and repair marketing strategies to align with organizational goals. Develops and executes a territory sales plan to maximize product line opportunities. Other

High School diploma or its GED equivalent and some college coursework in Business or related field. 3 or more years plumbing experience 3 or more years experience in sales. Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficient in using office technology, including computers, photocopiers, scanners, phone systems, and virtual meeting platforms, as required for daily responsibilities. Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis. Physical Demands & Work Environment This full-time position requires approximately 40 hours per week and involves regular physical and sensory activity, including:

Bending, lifting, and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Prolonged sitting (up to 8 hours), with intermittent standing and walking throughout the shift Continuous use of fingers, hands, and arms for computer and office-related tasks with frequent use of office equipment such as computers, phones, and scanners (up to 8 hours daily) Regular verbal communication via phone and in-person interactions (up to 6 hours daily) What We Offer: We care about your well-being from day one.
