Location: Fort Worth, TX What You Will Be Doing As a F-22 Sustainment Control Account Manager (CAM) Level 3, you will play a critical role in managing the financial, schedule, and technical performance of sustainment operations that keep the F-22 mission-ready. This position is responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of control accounts, including areas such as repairs, spares, modification programs, provisioning, and warehousing. You will leverage your program and financial management expertise to forecast, analyze, and present data that informs leadership decisions and ensures program success. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, providing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) insights, variance analyses, and Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEAC) to drive operational excellence and program accountability. Key Responsibilities Manage the cost, schedule, and technical scope for multiple F-22 sustainment control accounts, including repairs, spares, modification programs, provisioning, and warehousing. Develop and maintain forecasts, schedules, and financial status updates to support effective decision-making. Prepare and deliver Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEAC) to ensure accurate program performance tracking. Conduct variance analysis, prepare detailed explanations, and present findings to leadership and program stakeholders. Maintain compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) standards and ensure positive performance measures are achieved. Collaborate with Program Management, Business Management, and Supply Operations leadership to align financial and operational strategies. Present EVMS status, risks, and opportunities during senior leadership briefings. Support continuous improvement of financial and program management processes to drive efficiency and accountability. This position is in Fort Worth, TX Desired Skills Prior Cost Account Management / EVMS Experience (CAM 101 Certified) preferred SAP Proficiency Supply Performance Based Logistics contracts experience Previous Sustainment Experience in Mod Programs, Repair and Return Programs, and/or PSI/PBL Programs Solid written, presentation and communication skills along with demonstrated success in utilizing Earned Value (EV) Management, developing, and managing integrated master schedules, and performing critical path and financial analysis Accept responsibility, accountability, and exercise authority to ensure task cost, schedule, and technical success is achieved Familiarity with IFG or F-35 supply execution systems, tools, processes Experience with APTS, Contracts, Proposals Team player with a positive attitude Experience managing and meeting deadlines and projects (cost and schedule) Desire to enhance program management skills including communication, the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, and building strong relationships Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
