Who You Are

Experienced leader with 2+ years in retail, focusing on store operations or visual merchandising

Professional with strong work ethic, integrity, and respect

Customer-focused, understanding the importance of exceptional service

Skilled educator, coach, and mentor

Organized, strategic, and able to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment

Effective communicator of business and brand initiatives

Enthusiastic, friendly, and cooperative in diverse environments

Technologically adept with POS/iPad systems

Physically capable of climbing ladders, standing for long periods, and lifting at least 40 lbs

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, with 40 hours/week availability

What You'll Do

Create a hospitable culture through exceptional customer experiences and relationship building

Deliver outstanding customer service to promote products and brand loyalty

Meet sales and service metrics such as Clientelling/Outreach and Appointment Setting

Partner with the Manager to oversee all operational aspects

Lead floor sets, displays, and marketing initiatives

Train and reinforce brand standards and policies

Balance operational and sales activities effectively

Stay informed on industry trends and business drivers to identify growth opportunities

Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements

Foster positive working relationships within the team
