Passionate about creating and cultivating customer relationships and community engagement Goal-oriented with a team-minded approach Capable of working cooperatively in a diverse environment Enthusiastic about sales and driving new traffic Excellent communication skills and high integrity Organized with proactive client outreach skills Professional, assertive, friendly, and independent decision-maker Technologically proficient with POS, computers, iPads, and handheld systems Available at least 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physically capable of climbing ladders, standing for extended periods, and lifting at least 40 lbs What You'll Do
Foster a hospitable culture through exceptional customer experiences and relationship building Support service initiatives and actively use Concierge services Meet sales and service metrics such as client outreach and appointment setting Prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs Engage customers with curiosity and confidence to understand their needs Share product knowledge and fashion trends to inspire and build trust Participate in community and store events to promote the Talbots brand Occasionally lead or supervise team members and handle store opening/closing Represent the brand professionally Note: This description is general and subject to change.
