Were growing and currently looking for an Account Manager in the US to join us. This is a remote role but the successful candidate will be based in the US within ET. As an Account Manager at Reachdesk, youll be responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships across our client base. Your goal is to turn every client into a long-term, loyal partner by understanding their business objectives, aligning them with our platform capabilities, and delivering measurable business value. In this role, youll act as a trusted advisorguiding clients to maximize impact through Reachdesks gifting and swag solutions, platform features, and global supply chain best practices. Success requires a strong commercial mindset, exceptional problem-solving ability, and outstanding interpersonal skills to drive account retention and growth. What youll be doing Own the business relationship with clients, building strong, multi-threaded partnerships across key stakeholders Drive renewals and identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts Clearly communicate Reachdesks value proposition, platform capabilities, and competitive advantages in a way that resonates with client goals Proactively uncover opportunities to deliver additional value, drive client satisfaction, and support business growth Represent Reachdesk with confidence and professionalism in high-level discussions and contract negotiations with senior decision-makers 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, and/or customer success, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth and/or retention goals Ideal background in subscription-based SaaS, with experience in consultative, solution-oriented environments rather than transactional or volume-driven models Demonstrated ability to manage and grow executive-level relationships across complex organizationsparticularly within sales and marketing functions Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to lead strategic conversations grounded in insight and expertise Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly explain and simplify complex concepts Highly self-motivated and organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment About the benefits -Here are just some Competitive salary, stock options, and 401(k) matching program Dental, audio, visual, and life insurance Flexible PTO A super collaborative working culture populated by innovative, fun, and dedicated people. *Reachdesk believes a diverse team helps us achieve our mission faster, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
