RESRG Automotive is seeking you to join our team as a Benefits Specialist in our Troy, Michigan location! Your Job We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Troy. The Benefits Specialist will support the day-to-day operations and administration of the SRG Global benefit programs which include the health and welfare benefit plans, the 401(k) savings plan and the wellness program. What you Will do in Your Role Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist employees with benefit inquiries and issues. Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate processing of benefit deductions, contributions, and adjustments. Reconcile benefit invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies with vendors prior to processing for payment. Create and process purchase orders and support new vendor onboarding as needed. Assist in the development of benefit education materials. Support the annual benefits open enrollment process. Document standard operating procedures for various processes to promote efficiency and ensure consistency. Conduct benefit audits and provide analytics on program effectiveness, cost trends, and participation rates. Prepare reports for leadership on benefits utilization and cost impact. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in benefits administration Strong understanding of employee benefits, applicable laws, and compliance requirements Excellent communication and people skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) About the Company We are a fast-growing B2B company with a strong internal culture that values respect for others, diversity, serving a greater purpose, and passionate creativity.
